In Skyhawks I learned how to manage stressful situations and problem solve without letting myself get overwhelmed!

• I worked as a coach to teach kids sports while also helping them learn life lessons, gain confidence, and grow to be the best versions of themselves.
• I would also be director which means I planned out the schedules for the camps and checked kids in and out to their parents safely. I also dealt with behavioral issues and sick kids.
• It was also important to connect with parents when needed and communicate with them about any problems with their child.
• I was able to energize the kids to participate and had a happy attitude so they would want to have the best time they could.
• I was able to strengthen my problem solving skills and how to preform well under pressure through my interactions with the children and parents!

Working at Sage Hills Cafe gained coffee experience and costumer service skills!

• I made coffee and a variety of other drinks as well as opening and closing the cafe.
• I also worked cashier, therefore I know how to count a till and ring people up.
• Multi-tasking cashiering as well as making drinks and communicating with customers.
• Customer service skills and growing to be even stronger in my problem solving as well as working fast under pressure when it gets busy.
• Connected with customers to give them the most enjoyable drink for their preferences.
• I cleaned and sanitized the drink making area as well as seating areas and table's, complying to health protocols and food safety standards.
• I prepared food to be frozen and prepared it when ordered.
• Stocked drinks, cookies, and snacks when they run low.

Working at 383 Threads I learned a lot more about costumer service and how to best use my people skills in retail!

• One thing was how to interact best with people depending on their personality or needs. Of course always greeting when they come in and helping with whatever they need, but also personalizing the way i interacted with people in order to help them have the best experience possible!

• I learned how to solve problems when there was issues with pricing or things having stains, etc.

• I also learned a lot about clothing, and brands, and how to figure out what would sell in the store or not! Then I’d research and price them.

• I did cleaning tasks and always worked on how to improve the store and improve myself as an employee.

• I made consigner accounts by putting in information and explaining our policies to the customers.

• Lastly I learned how to display things on tables and racks! As well as building outfits and themed collections!
