- Sole responsibility for all dealers claims questions and concerns including but not limited to; claims processing, parts returns, dealer credits, and processing terminations for all Georgia and Chicago facing dealerships.
- Direct cross-department communication with Parts Managers, District Managers and PDC Staff regarding claims processing for both territories.
- In 2024 moved into the lead position for the claims department. This changed my dealer body to Ontario facing, so have become very familiar with these dealers and have a great relationship with these dealers, the PDC and some of the DSMs that I've assisted with claims/returns.
- As lead distribute daily and weekly reports for the claims numbers as well as keep our group updated on updates to our processes.
- Assisting in streamlining the termination process with Dealer Development to ensure quicker credits for the dealers and closing out the termination quicker for the regions.
- Worked with IT to create a template to make the weekly accrual report more efficient with improved readability.
- Troubleshooting issues with dealers to improve and correct the functionality within eMDCS/eBS.
- Held this same position from November 2016-January 2018 with Helpmates Staffing before being hired directly from Mazda.
