- Training all Fixed Operations staff from upper management to lube technicians on: process/procedures, implementation of said processes and procedures, growing sales, increasing CSI scores, customer interaction, DMS/digital tool integration and usage, marketing strategies, efficiency scaling, scheduling, and billing/OEM incentive utilization among many others necessary to run a successful service/parts dept.

- Generate reports for sales forecasting, CSI impact, incentive tracking, etc and share with individual dealerships as well as OEM
