I coordinate with tour managers, backstage catering, and local venue production crew regarding hospitality needs for the various artists who perform. I purchase all of the items listed on the contract rider. I set up each dressing room as directed by the rider. I maintain the dressing rooms throughout the day and make sure that the tour staff is happy and catered to properly. I arrange the after the show, food, as well as handle all of the bus stock.

I also assist with arranging the logistics of the show runner for their pick-ups and drop-offs.
