As a Boutique Team Leader ( BTL) I was the front line of our field leadership team, responsible for all aspects of our boutique operations including guest experience, talent and visual merchandising. Through strategizing coaching and accountability you lead and motivate your team to provide an exceptional customer experience and maximize sales.
I created and demonstrated a selling culture focused on building a confident and engaging team that is motivated to provide unwavering dedication to our amazing guests.
Our boutique was always successful in weekly sign ups for our guest reward program. We ended 2025 and the first 2 months of 2026, in the top 3 in our district of 19 boutiques that we went up again each week.
Planning, delegating and follow up on expected tasks, assignments and activities while maintaining our guest as our top priority.
Providing consistent development feedback that empowers and make our team of working at Francesca’s. My role as BTL, I led with operational excellence through daily boutique operations managing budgets and boutique inventory that took place twice a year, while supporting and enforcing company policies and procedures.
Understanding business drivers and how to maximize profitability and ensuring visual and operational standards are met consistently, creating schedules to deliver a goal that exceeds our daily plans using provided company tools while staying within the allocated payroll hours.
In January 14th on a zoom call, we were made aware that Francesca’s was in financial distress and that we as a company were going into straight liquidation the following day. I’m still in shock.
On February 11th, I was informed that the White Marsh location was on the chopping block and we would be closing our doors on February 28th. I was asked to please stay on as a BTL for the Pikesville location. I was there two days and we found out that it fact, all locations were be closing on March 31st.
I’m forever grateful for the experiences and knowledge that Frannie’s gave me. I’m heartbroken how my journey ended for me and a great deal of other amazing team members.
At this extremely high traffic Hematology/ Oncology office I was the first point of contact for new and existing patients, family members and drug representatives. Creating a welcoming, professional environment while managing essential administrative tasks.
