Letter of Recommendation
To whom it may concern, for the months of February through May of 2023, Christian Espitia has volunteered at the Kadena AFB Shogun Auto Care Center as part of his schooling at Kadena Highschool.
During this time, Christian has been an amazing help and a great asset to our team here. His motivation to help and ability to quickly learn new tasks with very little oversight is a sight rarely seen.
Most of the work that he performed at the facility was at a level that could be expected of someone with much more training and experience. These included oil changes, using a tire changing machine, assisting customers with vehicle repairs, handing out tools and keeping inventory in the tool room, cleaning up at the end of the day, etc.
Christian would have made an excellent permanent member of the team but unfortunately for us, he had to return to the states to continue his education and pursue other employment. If he ever returns to Okinawa, he would be an obvious hiring choice.
