Participate in the entire software development lifecycle for an enterprise system
Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and the agile delivery team to ensure the acceptance criteria for the solutions being developed are met
Conduct interviews with key business users to collect information on business processes and user requirements.
Document all processes as required in the software development lifecycle (writing wikis, creating JIRA tickets, creating testing documents, compiling system quick reference and user guides)
Translate high-level business requirements into easy to understand functional requirements
Develop / Review test cases and test scenarios to ensure thorough, end-to-end testing
Perform manual testing to ensure that deliverables work accurately and meet the defined specifications and requirements
Implement user acceptance testing with a focus on documenting defects and executing test cases.
Perform accessibility testing to ensure 508 compliance on all applicable systems and documentation
Go-to resource for Production user support
Work with Project Manager to understand the vision of the product, while prioritizing and developing software release planning
Track and effectively communicate team velocity and sprint/release progress to team and management
Facilitate Daily Scrum Meetings and Weekly Reviews meetings
Conduct sprint retrospective and follow up on action items for continuous improvement
Remove impediments and protect team members from interruptions and distractions to maximize productivity.
