Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Clearly communicates to front and back of house on expectations and developing plans for high volume periods.
• Handles all FOH ordering and supply.
• Experienced in scheduling.
• Creates guides for trainees, and encourages open communication between myself and staff.
• Performs well under high pressure situations and is able to make quick decisions.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Maintains high standards of customer service during high-volume, fast-pa9ced operations.
• Communicates clearly and positively with coworkers and management.
• Handles currency and credit transactions quickly and accurately.
• Follows procedures for safe food preparation, assembly, and presentation
• Resolves complaints promptly and professionally.
• Takes initiative to find extra tasks when scheduled duties are completed.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Trains new employees on company policy, and procedures.
• Responds quickly to customer inquiries, and resolves complaints.
• Assists in maintaining inventory and ordering.
• Assists employees in receiving and processing orders, during peak hours.
• Follows opening procedures, including balancing cash drawers, and key holder responsibilities.
