Prep install wo’s: Check chatter for things like:
Permitting requests or inspection requirements
Check for permit expiration date to ensure the date is valid
If permit date has expired, push the location back to permitting
Submit a chatter to the permitting team to notify
Check the permitting case to ensure the attachment is there for the techs viewing
Advance notice required
Any requests from DS/PM that do not appear in location notes
If the cx wants to be on-site

Create 2 ss’s: one for the initial survey and a return (have to ensure the location is clear for install)
If pre-construction meetings are required
Or any additional information that needs to be relayed to the technicians (ss or install wo)
Prep CNC’s: Work out of report
- Update WOLI and products required if needed then update the job type as well on the SA. (Use * before CNC so we know this one was worked)
- Update the description to include the CNC info from the previous visit.
- Push back locations if it needs to go back to another team, ensuring the SA cancels.
- Ask Schedulers to remove installs that are pinned when we need to push back. Once that is complete, we can push back to the appropriate team.
- Send a chatter message to the appropriate team and notify them of what needs to be done. Ensure to tag state ops (Except for TX).
- Reach out to techs, FSS or FSM to ask for clarification on the CNC reason as sometimes there is not enough detail for everyone to understand the issue.
- Follow up in chatter to the team that needs this information, ensuring the correct decision is made
- For SS CNC’s we check to ensure the new schedule date is after the install date.
- Check site visits if needed
- Update location page if BT or TC is required.
- For an opportunity with a large amount of locations we need to push back, we will use the bulk update tool and send it to the appropriate team.
- Submit 811’s if ldd has expired and is the reason for the CNC.
- Notify schedulers of any specific notes in regards to rescheduling that the tech may leave. i.e: specific dates or days to return.
- Partial Installs: remove and/or add all the items from the product list that were installed already or that will need to return with.
- Delete any WOLI that no longer applies
- Update the SA job type to reflect Partial Install
Chatter: Work emails and ensure to respond to requests within 2 business days.
Set reminders to ensure we hear back from the appropriate team member so we can relay the response via chatter.
Reach out to teams for assistance if needed and add a reminder to check for a response.
Tag specific teams like FSS, FSM or 811 in regards to any callouts for installs.
Foss-Prep-Request Channel
Accept requests as they come into the slack channel.
Work on the ticket and update, making any necessary changes
Complete the request.
Use bulk update tool in SF if multiple locations need
Provide any updates or notes to the scheduler if needed.
Examples:
Manually create Pre-Site Surveys and return site surveys for permits, sales, construction etc. including specific notes for the tech.
Add requirements called out in permits.
Update work order scope, such as a replace camera wo being updated to a reinstall wo. This sometimes includes making a new call 811 wo.
Push locations back to other teams for updates.
