  • My employment at Petco was from 2020 to 2024.
  • I was hired as a sales associate. Shortly after I had transitioned to the salon as a junior pet stylist. I worked in the salon for about a year and a half, from about mid-2020 to the end of 2021. At the beginning of '22, I entered my leadership position as MOL (Merchandise Operations Leader). This position was throughout '22 to '24.
  • Developed strong relationships with guests through effective communication and exceptional customer service skills.
  • Ensured compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations at all times.
  • Cultivated a positive work culture that encouraged teamwork, creativity, and innovation among employees.
  • Led a team of about 8 employees, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of projects.
