Looking to renter the service industry as a server. Interested in Mimosa's because it's a restaurant that offers a positive work environment, has high standards for food quality and cleanliness, and operates in an organized manner. I also love the style of the restaurant. It's a place where I would enjoy spending a lot of time.

Server Duties
Prepared house salads and cut romaine lettuce for caesar salads before opening. Made caesar dressing from scratch upon order. (This was kitchen's duty but I learned and did my own.)
Set up wait station before open (made tea, coffee, cut lemons, pre-cut desserts, etc)
