Assisted in numerous customer interactions concerning billing, inbound and outbound inquiries, order placement, scheduling, reporting, and specific requests.

Assisted with finance-related inquiries, including freight payables and inventory management, along with lot allocation to contracts and customer orders for fulfillment; scheduled repack and co-pack work orders based on projections, floor stock, pending orders, rework, and operational efficiencies, while also managing the traffic of inbound and outbound freight, and ensuring that other staff members and departments received the necessary information to guarantee accuracy and timely fulfillment of customer orders, in addition to preparing shipments of customer product samples

Serving as the second-in-command within the Sales Department, which comprises approximately 10 team members, I offered direction and acted as the key resource for addressing issues faced by Logistics Coordinators and Customer Service Representatives, in addition to handling all tasks related to the Product Manager role.

Reviewed and approved CSR customer orders and invoices. Offered resolutions to customer issues as well as training and guidance to all CSR’s.

Handled orders received from clients, engaged in ongoing communication with customers until their orders were completed, submitted and processed all supplementary documentation needed by customers, such as COAs and import/export forms, addressed customer concerns with appropriate resolutions, managed inventory within our system, invoiced orders and sent them to customers via EDI, email, or mail, and organized the shipment of product samples for clients.
