I love my job and love working with all the different ethnicities within amazon which makes for learning new things about cultures I had no idea about. Being on the floor and interacting with other AA's and learning to another language as I am currently working on on my own.
I love to show AA's how to do something I need them to learn how to do. I enjoy helping AA's when they are confused or don't understand what they are doing incorrectly. Most people are hands on in order to learn I am the same way show me and I learn.
I currently have permissions for indirect roles I also have been a learning ambassador giving AA's their permissions and showing them how the process works here at Amazon. I also help set up Day 1 onboarding classes along with graduation day on Day 4. I help clean up afterwards as well. I also give retrains and help with transfers form different depts or Buildings.
