As sales manager I would set sales goals, coach employees on expectations of the company, meeting goals, etc. I would have morning meetings to address previous days sales and outcomes, monthly I would hold contests with employees to meet sales goals for example if the sales goal was 50 and a salesman got 51 they would receive a reward which would encourage other associates to reach there full potential the employee to reach the sales goal first would receive a gift card for lunch on me or a $25 visa or American Express gift card
Produced sales goals for my department, encouraged workers to meet there sales goals offered insensitive approved by company, taught sales team how to close a sale, met with brand ambassadors to discuss customer feedback and to make any possible changes.
