  • Conduct quarterly meetings with Command Sergeant Major and First Sergeants to make sure deadlines are met in accordance with program guidelines
  • Collaborated with leadership and DPW to expand and realign classroom for program to provide ability to accommodate additional participants during COVID 19 pandemic
  • By doing so were able to continue providing in person TAP workshops through pandemic and have only had small amount of down time within TAP program at West Point.
