• C&L Development is a small real estate development company
• We focus on land development and entitlement
• Currently C&L Development is developing a 54 acre site south of Mammoth Lakes called Paradise Estates.

• Lyfe Changes operates several transitional/supportive housing properties
• These properties referred to as Sober Living, are designed and operated to assist and support adult men and women who desire to remain clean and sober
• Our house managers are often pier support specialists and certified drug and alcohol counselors
• Our 7 properties can accommodate nearly 200 guests and are frequently full.

• Heli Tahoe Helicopters is Part 135 Certificate Aviation Operation
• We fly tours over and around Lake Tahoe, provide transport to any location approved landing zone, provide helicopters for Pacific Crest Powder Guides for Heli Skiing operations, and have a certified aviation school teaching all levels of Helicopter Flight Training.

• Pacific Crest Heli Guides is a full service guided heli ski and cat skiing operation
• We operated out of Truckee California and have vast terrain to fly and cat ski
• Our operations is professionally guide by only the most experienced guides hand picked by Owner and head guide, Dave Rintala.

• Haute Properties is a boutique firm focusing on attention to detail, and long term client relationships, buyer representation
• We focus on all types of commercial real estate including Multi Family, Investment, Land, and Income Producing properties.

• The Village at Mammoth developed by Intrawest Resort Holdings, is large multi use residential and commercial development in the town of Mammoth Lakes California
• As Commercial Assett Manager my duties began during construction of the village through build out and occupancy of commercial property
• My role was all things related to the commercial asset including, tenant negotiations and relations, manage tenant improvements, liason to City of Mammoth and Mammoth Mountain Resort, financial updates during build out, trouble shooting, and a host of other items that would take to long to list here
• I was the initial Commercial Assett Manager in Mammoth Lakes and enjoyed setting up this asset which is operating very well today.
