• Designed and architected Asset Management’s Intelligent Contract Management (ICM), a global platform supporting over 300 users, that facilitates the agreement negotiation process for all AM Contracts.

• Served as lead Business Analyst for the Pfizer Documentum system serving as liaison between Pfizer business customers and third party IT staff. Developed requirements and configuration specifications.
• Managed the Document Management Change Request Board, assessed impact and risk for all user requirements from various business line groups.
• Served as UAT test lead leveraging HP Quality Center for test automation. Created test strategy plans for all customizations to the Documentum system. Managed third party vendors to complete customizations and UAT testing according to Pfizer standards.
• Defined and implemented efficient tools for streamlining all associated processes to ensure that requests moving forward reflect business priorities
• Executed periodic review activities to ensure the document management systems and repositories are being managed in accordance with internal standards and external regulatory requirements, including but not limited to CFR 21, Part 11, European Data Privacy regulations, Enterprise Lifecycle (ELC), etc. Collaborated extensively with Business Technology and business Quality partners.
• Interfaced with and support other groups within Document and Repository Management, collaborated on activities and efforts that enhance or ensure good records and document management practices.
