Accomplishments

  • I was able to build a successful academic program in just 9 mo that resulted in our first five graduates in just 3-years, and six more in our 4th year. All of our graduates are employed or attending graduate school this year.
  • I have eighteen peer-reviewed publications since 2015. Eight of these were as first author, while nine were collaborations with one or more institutions.

Hobbies

I am a former elite road cyclist (1996 - 2005) and former US National Triathlon Champion (2018). I enjoy indoor and outdoor activities from cycling and running to hiking and camping. Most recently I have been active in eSports cycling which is approaching a half a billion dollar industry.
