My main job was to make sure I was delivering exceptional customer service at all times and have exceptional communication and relationship building with not just the customers but also my team. Oversaw vault operations, managing over $600k in cash, ensuring accurate handling and security. As a pharmacy technician I assisted pharmacist in preparing and dispensing medications accurately and effectively. I have had the responsibility of making sure I'm delivering amazing customer service at all times and always delivered, customer service and helping people in general is something I've always taken pride in as a person. I helped manage inventory, educated patients on medical usage, etc. I answered incoming phone calls and addressed questions from customers all over as well as doctors when needed.

In this role I was mainly focused on organization and team communication. I had a section to attend to every night and would constantly strive to make sure everything was always neat and coordinated with my section. I arranged merchandise to improve customer shopping experience. I would also help my other coworkers on their sections and work on it with them. I collaborated with my team members to efficiently and effectively restock shelves and pallets during these overnight shifts.
