Our department has established core values of integrity, excellence, accountability, and teamwork. For almost 6 years of my career with DPS, I 've been honored and committed to maintaining these values in both my professional and personal life. I bring a perspective shaped by starting at the base level and working my way up through dedication, consistency and a genuine commitment to the mission of our agency, (courtesy, service, Protection.) I've earned the trust of colleagues at every level by bing approachable, dependable and solution focused. As a facilitator and mentor, I have suppored and trained personnel with the goal of helping them grow, succedd and feel confident in their roles. People truely do matter. I take pride in maintaining positive energy. Stepping into a supervisor role would allow me to continue fostering that culture while bringing forward the experience, leadership and cross-division rapport i've built.
