I handle local customer service inquiries
I engage in both inbound and outbound Sales activities
I generate referrals for new sales and upgrades through engagement with operations and technicians
I provide support fulfilled operations and assist with customer issues and escalation
I assist in promoting local events and represent Kinetic at community and selling events
I collaborate with other Kinetic sales teams as needed
I act as brand ambassador in the region and support corporate sales initiatives as needed
I support regional social media through local human responses
Operations - Manage daily activities, balancing cash, opening and closing procedures for the office handling teller issues
Staff Management - Leading training, scheduling, evaluating and mentoring branch personnel
Customer Service - Resolving complex customer complaints, assisting with accounts and maintaining relationships
Sales & Compliance: Monitoring sales goals, ensuring policy adherence, and identifying opportunities for new business.
Reporting: Completing performance reports for the branch.
