Summary

As an enthusiastic building reading coach who has earned trust and respect from students, parents, colleagues, and administration for more than twenty years, I feel confident that I will be able to contribute to the success of the students of a school. Working at schools in both low socioeconomic and high socioeconomic areas gives me insight of how to address the overwhelming needs of a large number of striving readers in a classroom while also being able to assist teachers in achieving academic gains with above average readers. My past experience and philosophy of teaching reading will allow me to deliver results.
