Managed the Southeastern territory and acted as a liaison between mortgage loan officers in local branches and our telesales platform. This role ensured that our fortune 500 companies that had relocation package benefits from their employers to move with their job were applied to their home mortgage loan regardless of how they applied for a mortgage. Served as the teams sole nationwide virtual training person by delivering weekly hour long presentations explaining our corporate relocation program to local loan officers and how the benefits needed to be applied to the customers loan.
