• Serve as Executive Director of the Minturn Downtown Development Authority, advancing downtown vitality initiatives, business engagement, and place-based economic development.
• Administer business licensing and short-term rental programs, balancing regulatory compliance with economic sustainability.
• Develop and manage grant programs supporting local businesses, nonprofits, and community initiatives.

• Plan and execute signature community events (Minturn Market, holidays, special events) that support local businesses, tourism, and community identity.

Governance & Administration

• Coordinate Town Council agendas and minutes; support boards and commissions.
• Oversee municipal elections and ensure statutory compliance.
• Maintain records and programs in accordance with state and local regulations.

• Led sales, marketing, events, and operations for resort and conference properties in tourism-driven markets.
• Managed multimillion-dollar budgets, forecasting, and revenue planning.
