As a crew trainer I was required to navigate and inform trainees and other current employees how to operate around the store, and complete tasks as needed, such as;

• Showing proper procedures when on the production line, teaching them how to assemble items customized to the customers request. And how to maintain an organized and clean area to increase production.
• The above also applies when taking care of customers needs. Whether it be in the drive thru or at the front counter in the store, it allows you to stay consistent in your work and keep a positive attitude.

My main roles in the department consisted of insulating the interior and exterior sections of modular units, wall sheathing and weatherproofing them in house wrap.

I've also had the opportunity to do framing, which was mostly made up of; reading blueprints and gathering all the information given to build what was needed. Preparing all the required cuts of material and tools for the task. Then going about the process of building the walls.
