  • One of my most significant achievements was leading a turnaround that increased a location’s EBITDAR from $30,000/month with 2,333 members to over $110,000/month with more than 6,600 members in just 13 months. In another case, I transformed a location that had been operating at a loss for over a year—with only 900 members—into a profitable site generating over $20,000/month in net profit and exceeding 2,000 members in just seven months.

I successfully trained and mentored dozens of managers, including four General Managers who continue to thrive within the organization today.
