Provide weekly Waypoints completion report to supervisor, accompanied by a pivot table illustrating the training percentage
In the current month, four reports were generated and submitted to the supervisor
Prepare, review, and coordinate training reports, decision documents, and special reports in Excel that highlight our employees’ progress and deficiencies
Email correspondence is diligently reviewed to aid individuals seeking support with Waypoints, our newly launched program

Ensure all supporting documentation and approved forms for training and conference requests are attached to the requestor’s authorization
Notify attendee when training is purchased and, and they are authorized to attend
Provide user credit in waypoints when complete training courses
