Coordinate and administer department programs and services
- Act as a program liaison to students, staff, faculty, officers, vendors and external agencies
- Interpret, apply, and communicate program specific policies, procedures, regulations, and WAC requirements
- Confer regularly with department leadership and outside entities regarding program standards and compliance
- Participate in identifying areas for program improvement and development
- Coordinate campus programs related to parking permits, citations, traffic requests, electronic door access, key systems and DES vehicle use
Coordinated financial transactions and streamlined inventory systems for department operations
- Create requisitions, purchase orders, track orders and close requisitions
- Communicate regularly with accounting and purchasing departments
- Coordinate parking revenue deposits and interdepartmental billing

Provide lead direction and coordination for front office staff and student employees
- Coordinate daily workflow and task assignments for front office operations
- Train staff and student employees on parking systems, access procedures, documentation standards and customer service expectations
- Review work for accuracy and completeness
- Participate in hiring processes, onboarding and training
Represent the department and provide technical assistance and training
- Prepare training and promotional materials for program participants and campus users
- Provide technical assistance regarding departmental software programs and access systems
- Attend meetings and conferences as the department representative
- Promote department programs and services to campus community
Support emergency preparedness and campus safety initiatives
- Support alerting systems and emergency messaging
- Participate in special projects including violence prevention and accident prevention programming as assigned
- Assist with emergency preparedness documentation and compliance
- Delivered Spanish interpretation and translation services to enhance communication for students and visitors.
