- Working in a 24/7 Software support center for I.L.E.T.S. helping callers and other customers with technical issues such as: password resets and how to use the provided software effectively.
- We monitor the Meraki routers used by I.L.E.T.S across the state, making sure no outages last longer than necessary and coordinating the appropriate response or the help of other vendors.
- Our main communication with customers is over the phone, so phone etiquette, collecting information for tickets or further contact information is part of our training and duties, as well as understanding how to use the Microsoft suite.
- I have been fingerprinted and passed a background check and polygraph to be hired at Idaho State Police. I have CJIS/FBI Security training/clearance per I.L.E.T.S requirement of the position.
- A highly teamwork focused position as a lot of newer people were hired and I was tasked with helping train and cover shifts.
- Formerly a IT Operations and Support position, some responsabilites carried over into the new position name.
