During my time here, I have not been an ordinary salesman. But rather whatever was needed to benefit the team. I helped with service diagnostics on Tesla`s, trained our team twice a week on Tesla`s, closed deals for others without expecting a half deal, and I am the go to person that is called any day of week on tech/ inventory/ Objections/ Concerns/ Ordering specific vehicles from Manheim/Adesa, and more. My phone is always available and ready at anytime for my team.
My goal has always been for every customer to feel like they got a VIP experience. I have learned effective and non-pushy communication to push deals forward and be a consistent 20-28 car per month salesman. The training we do here is more about relationship, follow up, mentality, and making a friend at the end of the day so that way the customer feels good about buying from someone they trust.
My daily schedule is very consistent with when I get to work, checking inventory every morning, posting on marketplace (200-300 per month), and follow up. This makes it to where almost all of my business is Facebook or repeat and referall.
