  • I performed day-to-day tasks quickly and thoroughly.
  • I enjoy working in fast-paced environments, as I was often the only one behind the counter during weekend rushes and afternoon traffic.
  • I trained new employees and solely managed one of our locations for an entire summer.
  • Made small breakfast and lunch items, such as sandwiches, avocado toast, yogurt parfaits, etc.
  • I tried my best to memorize every regular customer's order and develop any form of a relationship to make their trip to the shop more meaningful than simply 'grabbing a coffee to-go'.
  • Developed my own blend of cold brew that was later sold under my name: Cody's Coldbrew. In addition to that, I also helped start serving 'coffee flights' as they became a weekend special for holidays and events.
  • As well, assisted with catering orders and setting up for special events that would be held in the back of the Cafe.
  • Had an easygoing manner during every shift, even when things began to get hectic.
