started out as a ground hand , I was in charge of loading and unloading the material onto the trucks and and would help the lineman by helping them get anything they need while doing services on poles in the air , I was in charge of getting the skidsteer and loading up rolls of fiber optics

and maintaining the tools and materials on the trucks.

• After that month was over I got the “apprentice lineman” title and got a bucket truck position offered to me and I took it.
• I was full time working and traveling all over texas, city to city doing repairs all over until January 2026 , we then lost all of our contracts do to no pole permits in the city’s we were contracted to so we got layed off for about a month with no guaranteed contracts coming up (takes about 45 days for a contract to get certified ) and I had no way of making money and respectfully let them know I will have to find another job in the mean time and they were totally understandable and we parted in the most respectful way.
