Hobbies

Some of my top hobbies are working out and running daily, along with things like golf, archery, and listening to podcasts. I love working out and running because they make me feel so much better and I know they are the key to health and longevity. Golfing is great for me because it is much a mental sport. You can get frustrated very quickly in golf, so it helps you learn how to let go of something in the past and just focus on the next shot. Archery is really one of my favorite things ever. It is really a form of meditation for me. If you're thinking of anything else while trying to make a perfect shot, it's not likely to happen. You have to just let everything go and just put all your attention to every detail of that shot and hitting the bullseye. Podcasts have really grown on me over the last couple years. They are a tool to gain a lot of information and learn about anything and everything. I have listened mainly to the Huberman Lab podcasts, which gives health tools that anyone can incorporate into everyday life. It has made me an overall healthier individual and I've even showed my friends and family health related tools that can help them.
