I'm a hard working line cook although i don't have any traditional culinary training I'm very motivated and a fast learner. I work well with others and take pride in sending out good looking and tasting food. I'm capable of opening and closing and keeping my station clean while i work. I have good time management skills, i won't be late and very rarely need time off.
