I have been teaching for ten years, all with NEISD. I started as a Special Education Teacher. Three years ago, I moved into Career and Technical Education. Before I moved to education, I worked in a variety of occupations. I started in the food industry in my teens. I moved into customer service and worked at Builder's Square, Lowe's, Dillard's, and Southwestern Bell Telephone. I left Southwestern Bell to become a flight attendant with American Eagle Airlines. After leaving the airlines, I worked in the medical field as a Registered Polysomnographic Technologist until I completed my education to become a teacher. I have a variety of experiences that I will bring to the table, including customer service, both face-to-face and on the phone. I have experience working with people of all ages. I have worked in a medical office and an airplane. I regularly manage up to 35 subordinates. I am proficient in Microsoft and Google Applications. I am also familiar with several Adobe applications. I currently teach Technology Applications, and I am tech-savvy. I am a lifelong learner who is always looking for opportunities for improvement.
