● Assisted nurses with proper documentation of pain and IV lines assessment in Doc Flowsheets and patient positioning.

● Supported Unit head nurses and Bed management team on how to assign beds to patients, modify events timing and transportation team in patient movements.

● Resolved system issues by effectively communicating with project team leads, command center and supporting staff.
