  • Responsible for recruiting, scheduling camera / video director volunteers for streaming services and events, and onboarding, training, and caring for video volunteers.
  • Includes running production / audio for ministries that meet throughout the week (youth groups, women's / men's events, memorials, etc.).
  • I coordinate / schedule a large group of people on a regular basis
  • Handle complex technical issues under pressure
  • Train beginners / less experienced how to use our equipment and improve their skills.
