Accomplishments

With RaceTrac I began the company as a Part-Time associate, and worked my way up into several management positions up to the General Manager role. At 21 years old I took the General Manager position, in which I run one of the top 10 highest margining and food sale stores in East Florida (A market containing over 100 location). Specifically when taking over my current location, I drove and maintained over a 65% increase in food sales. While managing this high volume location, I was able to still maintain and exceed in food safety, in which I received several 100% pass completions when walked by ECO Sure. I have been recognized many times over by recruiters and HR representatives for excelling in team training, driving culture, and a growing environment.
