Within the two years I have been with BCBSM, I have been put on three special projects.
One was handling a direct member issue, with involvement and request from one of our directors.
Analysts request to fix mailing issue for our members.
And currently, I am the only one on the new Care Management project that has been going on since 2023. This is a project where I work directly with our RN's and member inquiries. I receive upwards to 20 emails a day with benefit, claim and eligibility issues from our Care Managers who are working directly with our members. I have been receiving great feedback from this program, and has shown my knowledge and experience within this job description.
