Working as a remote agent to sell and manage insurance
policies for customers in the state of Virginia. Reaching new
business goals and metrics consistently. Handling all marketing
on social media and out within the community, making sure all
underwriting guidelines are followed properly, as well as
processing service changes on existing clients policies. Working
to generate an income from self sourced lead buckets rather
than emphasizing on cold calls, direct mail and internet lead

Assisted with State Farm Bank in house transactions such as underwriting for and completing auto loans, checking and savings Accounts, Credit Card Applications, and Money Markets/CD Accounts.

representative. Processed changes, billing inquires, and
concerns from customers located across the United States as I held insurance licenses in 32 state jurisdictions. Referred and up-sold customers to different departments in order to add additional lines of insurance to their accounts.
