I worked as a crop insurance agent for 10 years which included working with the government USDA offices in Missouri and hand to hand with our customers to make sure all paperwork was finalized. I have background in signing contracts and customer service for turning in claims just as you would with car or house insurance. Completely familiar with with any and all programs concerning computer input. I was in charge of all contracts that came through our office and making sure paperwork was finalized before turning it into the primary insurance writer. I am very good at communication and problem solving. I can handle any situation no matter how big the problem is and still be very professional.
