I have worked in the health care system for almost 3 years. My position has helped me grow as a medical assistant tremendously. I have a history of working in foster care, as a case aide/behavioral aide for 5 years. Working in the child welfare setting helped me devlop the skills to interact with children of all ages. I am skilled at managing multiple cases with great attention to detail and knowledge of local resources. Known for providing caring and comprehensive support to families and children. Looking to continue in this field and explore other options. My passion is to help children along their path. Whichever way their journey takes them if I can have a positive impact I am doing my job correctly. I am in the process of obtaining my LPN license at this time.
I am required to take a minimum of 22 hours of trainings each year from my current workplace. I have gone above and beyond with these and use the NCTSN, RELIAS, and in person trainings. I can provide a more accurate list if necessary these are the ones that stand out most:
