  • This position has helped me tremendously with learning how to create connections with guests from all over the world and always ensure guest satisfaction. I also have the opportunity to give guests magical moments and handle guest recovery to ensure guests enjoy their stay.
  • As a bellman I learned how to work efficiently and at a fast pace to meet the guests expectations. I have an excellent sense of time management to ensure that I am respecting the guest’s time.
