PIT Training is crucial for Amazon Associates. It is my responsibility to inform Associates of all the rules and regulations. I must also create a, "You can do it" type of attitude in new hires who are intimidated or unsure of their capabilities. They must feel comfortable and confident before putting them in their process path.

Process Path Training involves teaching the new hires or associates a Process Path. This could be loading or unloading of pallets or totes from trucks on the docks,cage building,palletizing,picking,stowing,or water spidering.

Learning Ambassador is a person associates can rely on to assist them with any barriers they may encounter while employed at Amazon.
