I’ve been with my current employer for 9+ years. I started as a seasonal worker and was hired directly into management for having exceptional communication and adaptability. I have over seen every department in the establishment for at least 1 year and gained many skill sets from it.
I meet all deadlines efficiently and stay late whenever needed but I have a reached a point in my career where growth is strained and I am looking to expand my opportunities in fields that allow growth with no caps if possible.
