Carrie out supervisor responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies
Maintain daily workflow for delivery orders
Supervises associates working in warehouse and as delivery drivers, assisting them during peak business hours
Constant communication with sales and customers
Directly supervise the daily Inventory Control Functions which include Quality Assurance, New Locations, Manual Reservations, Inventory Adjustments, Relabeling, Relocations, Bin Location Audits, Inventory Control Reports, Damaged Product and Cubing
Monitor and approve teammates' purchase orders for the Branch
Monitor Cash Management at the Branch
Determine work procedures, prepare work schedules, and expedites workflow through written and verbal instruction
Purchasing monthly supplies
Review and addresses individual productivity results with associates
Conduct associate counseling and disciplinary actions, addresses complaints and resolves issues and/or problems when needed
Vehicle Maintenance entry
Routinely observes the workflow throughout the Branch
Participate in planning personnel safety, training and building protection activities
Ensures safety procedures are followed and makes recommendations regarding safety issues
Ensures security of the facility and teammates is met
Communicate with associates regarding pertinent information for daily event or seasonal issues
Maintain and monitor a clean and safe work environment
