I started as a business development representative on the sales side of Dan Cummins. My primary responsibility was fielding sales calls and online inquiries converting them into sales appointments for the dealership in our CRM.
Additional responsibilities while in sales was to complete vehicle purchases online or over the phone for delivery. Providing customers with purchase orders including sales tax and other fees included and securing deposits on vehicles.
After four years in sales I moved to subprime finance in the business development center. My responsibilities were to receive credit applications for customers who had sub 640 TransUnion soft pull credit scores, 0 scores, bankruptcy customers and customers with light income to help them obtain financing prior to visiting the store or prior to having a vehicle delivered to them.
