Curtis Cramer

As a Package Handler at UPS, I am responsible for loading the trucks with packages. This also comes with working as a team with other employees. Doing this everyday has taught me how to work with others and have good teamwork. Another strength that has come from working at UPS is being able to work in a fast paced environment and how to handle stressful situations.

I worked as a receptionist at my dads work while the other receptionist was out. Doing this taught me office skills such as organization, managing phone calls and emails at the same time (multi-tasking) and greeting customers in person as well as on the phone. Also, gaining customer service skills from working with customers to resolve their issues, making sure they were given what they needed in a timely manner.
