About Me

I have an LLC that I would use for double closings, and I've also dealt with a normal real estate assignment. I also have a website that I started to pull leads, but It's still at the beginning stages. When I started pursuing real estate wholesaling, the first thing I started was cold calling. I used a program that allowed me to cold call all around the country for possible leads. Everyday I would at least try to call 150 to 200 people. From then I learned how to engage a customer properly so that they continue the call. Soon after I actually got my first good lead I realized earnest money would be a problem since I don't have the liquid funds, and my funding covered everything but that. So I got good at finding houses where the owner didn't require one. I've done allot since I first started and in order to excel, I need to take my skills to assist a company that would benefit from hardwork. You will not regret hiring me.
