• Answering all incoming calls from patients regarding diet questions, meal quality complaint reports as well as meal orders being entered with programs Health Touch and Cisco Finesse.
• Taking and collecting payments from patients/visitors for meals.
• Collaborating with nurses with diet changes, exceptions, safety orders, and special diet patients.

Managed receiving, inventory control, as well as shipping using Quickbooks program. I also managed equipment operation while ensuring safety and efficiency. Created inbound/outbound reports to improve shipping.

Outside of the general warehouse supervisor responsibilities, I also visited customers to deliver their orders and create a one on one customer service relationship.

Trained newly hired employees on all job responsibilities within assigned area.

Assigned stations to all second shift employees. Examined all finished vehicle units that passed inspection to ensure quality standards were met and no blemishes were missed. Lead retraining and quality control guidelines when needed.
